Security Supervisor

Role overview

Working pattern

• The listed rotation is four days, three nights, four off, followed by three days, four nights, three off.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and act as a point of contact for clients and management.
• Assess security risks, escalate incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee CCTV, fire alarms, PA, VMS, intruder and panic alarms, BMS, ANPR, radio and phone systems.
• Implement emergency procedures and conduct premises patrols.
• Train security staff, coordinate with other departments and resolve operational issues.

Candidate requirements

• Security-industry supervisory experience.
• SIA Security Supervisor licence preferred.
• Leadership, people management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, reliable and punctual, with a commitment to high standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
