Responsibilities
- Manage daily security operations and manpower deployment; support recruitment and manpower planning.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and identify business opportunities and sales leads.
- Approach prospective commercial, residential, hospitality, and other clients to win security service contracts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; negotiate and secure contracts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate clients, security supervisors, and deployed personnel; monitor service quality, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a security services company is mandatory.
- Proven security operations and manpower management experience.
- Experience in sales, business development, and generating new business; ability to bring in clients and secure security guard service contracts.
- Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE security services industry and Dubai market is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Salary and benefits
- Basic monthly salary is negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
- The posting lists pay of AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
- Sales incentives and commissions are based on achieving business development targets; additional earning opportunities are offered for securing contracts.
