Security Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and supervise security supervisors, guards, and CCTV operators.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, policies, and operational standards; maintain required personnel certifications and documentation.
• Plan manpower deployment, rosters, attendance, and replacements; conduct site inspections and performance evaluations.
• Resolve client requirements, complaints, and operational issues; maintain client relationships and pursue new contracts.
• Coordinate recruitment assessments and staff training, and prepare operational reports, incident reports, and management updates.
• Develop security procedures and emergency response plans; support client meetings, quotations, contract negotiations, and business growth targets.

Requirements and qualifications

• A valid SIRA Security Manager Certificate is mandatory.
• At least 2–3 years of UAE security industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and Dubai security operations.
• Experience with manpower planning, recruitment, and client management.
• Good written and spoken English, leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to independently manage security operations and develop new business opportunities.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based incentives are offered.
