The Security Officer role is presented as part of Hilton's hotel team and combines facility safety with memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols of hotel interiors and exteriors to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare accurate security reports and records.
- Assist with responses to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
