Candidate requirements
- Must have a SIRA license.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols.
- Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team; solve problems; pay attention to detail; and respond appropriately in stressful situations.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor company premises to deter criminals and keep the environment safe and secure.
- Evict trespassers and violators and detain perpetrators while following legal protocols until relevant authorities arrive.
- Control the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols.
- Monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful activities.
- Provide management with detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Test security systems and operate X-ray machines and metal detectors when needed.
- Use two-way radios and other communication devices clearly and concisely.
- Perform CPR or first aid when needed.
Pay
- Full-time role paying from AED 1,700 per month.
