The employer seeks a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across assigned sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily work of building cleaners and housekeeping staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and assign work according to site requirements.
- Visit assigned properties regularly to check cleaning quality and maintain standards.
- Guide staff on cleaning methods, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall work performance.
- Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are used safely and efficiently.
- Track supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.
- Identify cleanliness issues, safety risks, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Maintain inspection records and submit operational reports to management.
- Report incidents, property damage, and other site concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and management to address complaints and improve service quality.
Requirements and qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in cleaning supervision, housekeeping, or facilities management.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Ability to travel between assigned sites and supervise staff effectively.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; the role involves travel between assigned sites.
