A major retailer is seeking a Security Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a major security programme.
The role works with group information security SMEs, business stakeholders and delivery partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate information security requirements into clear, documented and traceable business, functional and technical requirements.
- Support accelerated remediation, hypercare and release activities.
- Maintain traceability between security risks, controls, requirements, remediation actions and supporting evidence.
- Identify and help resolve gaps, dependencies and inconsistencies.
- Maintain requirements through design, build, testing and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven Business Analyst and/or Project Manager experience in technology, information security, risk or large-scale transformation.
- Experience gathering, analysing, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements through delivery.
- Strong requirements management and end-to-end traceability, including links to risks, controls, remediation actions, acceptance criteria and evidence.
- Working knowledge of information security principles, technology risk and security controls.
- Experience with complex programmes, multiple stakeholder groups and requirements workshops.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills; experience maintaining requirements, action and decision records.
Advantageous experience
- Experience in SAP, ERP or large enterprise transformation programmes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST CSF is advantageous.
Compensation and duration
- The role pays AED 20,000–22,000 per month.
- The initial assignment is six months.
