Security Architect

Overview

Responsibilities

• :
• Define secure architectures for cloud, network, application and data layers; plan and maintain security measures.
• Perform regular penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and risk analysis to identify and mitigate threats.
• Ensure that principle‑of‑least‑privilege, identity & access management and regulatory requirements are applied.
• Plan, own and manage security strategy; select security tools and controls in collaboration with other teams.
• Lead security awareness programs and training initiatives for staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data; oversee security teams and coordinate with projects and operations.
• Define and review security controls for AI platforms, machine learning models, training data, and inference services to mitigate risks such as data poisoning, model abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Support the implementation of responsible AI practices by ensuring transparency, auditability, and risk controls across AI-enabled solutions.
• Authority to define and approve security architecture standards and controls.
• Lead risk assessments, audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate incident response and security improvements with operations.

Qualification And Job Specific Skills

• :
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology or related field.
• Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or security architecture roles.
• Managing security architecture and threat modeling, Cloud and network security.
• Experience in handling regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
• Penetration testing and risk assessment.
• Understanding of
• AI security risks
• , including model integrity, data privacy, and adversarial threats.
• Familiarity with securing AI pipelines, APIs, and data platforms in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Awareness of emerging AI governance and risk frameworks relevant to enterprise and government use.
