We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional

Secretary

to support our daily operations and contribute to the continued success of our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and document filing.
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, renewals, notices, and property management documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenants, landlords, properties, and lease agreements.
  • Schedule meetings, property inspections, maintenance appointments and follow ups.
  • Assist in rent collection follow ups and tenancy administration.
  • Prepare and organize legal and supporting documents for rental dispute cases.
  • File rental dispute cases and follow up on case progress with the Rental Disputes Center.
  • Visit the RDC, Courts, and relevant government departments when required.
  • Coordinate with legal consultants, property managers, landlords, and tenants regarding dispute matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper record keeping of all legal and tenancy related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property management and legal departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Secretory in Property management field.
  • Experience providing executive administrative assistance and supporting senior-level management
  • Knowledge of tenancy contracts, Ejari procedures and rental dispute processes in Dubai.
  • Ability to prepare, organize, and submit legal and tenancy related documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
