About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary & Administrator to support the Chairman's office.
This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment — always with the utmost discretion.
Key responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official communications
Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, and presentation materials
Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
Oversee office administration including filing, document management, and records maintenance
Handle confidential matters with professionalism and strict discretion at all times
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or senior administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
