About This Role

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Cum Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee records and onboarding documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • 3–6 years of experience in administrative/secretarial roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
