- We are looking for a well-organized and proactive **Admin Cum Secretary** to provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Handle travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee records and onboarding documentation
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 3–6 years of experience in administrative/secretarial roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
