Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to join our dental clinic team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Address patient concerns and provide general information about clinic services.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and scheduling systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Freshers are welcome to apply.**
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
