About This Role
General Dentist Job Responsibilities (Point-wise)
- Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and overall oral health to diagnose dental problems
- Identify conditions such as cavities, gum disease, infections, and oral abnormalities
- Perform routine dental procedures like cleaning, scaling, polishing, and fillings
- Carry out tooth extractions and basic oral surgical procedures when required
- Perform root canal treatments and other restorative dental procedures
- Take and interpret dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventive dental care
- Fit or coordinate fabrication of dental prosthetics like crowns, bridges, and dentures
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment histories
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Follow all clinical safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines
- Refer patients to dental specialists for advanced or complex treatments
- Provide follow-up care to monitor patient recovery and treatment success
Additional Requirements
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Must hold valid UAE Golden Visa or Spouse Visa
- Salary on commission basis only (revenue sharing model)
