About This Role

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive **Secretary / Administrative Assistant** to support the daily administrative and office operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, correspondence, scheduling, and providing administrative support to management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence professionally.
  • Organize, maintain, and update company files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, quotations, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure proper office administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, secretarial work, or office assistance is preferred.
  • Good command of English language (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Applications** (**Word, Excel, Outlook**).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Well-presented, professional attitude and work ethics.
  • Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
