Overview

The Real Estate Secondary Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Close sales deals, achieving sales target.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to real estate agents to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance, share best practices, and address any challenges.
  • Assist agents in the negotiation and closing of sales transactions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
