Role overview

Requirements

• At least one year of UAE real estate sales experience; candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property developers, off-plan projects, communities, pricing, and current market trends.
• Experience selling off-plan properties, including new launches and developer projects.
• Understand payment plans and advise buyers and investors on suitable property opportunities.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert leads into clients and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and able to work independently.
