- SECONDARY ECONOMICS TEACHER - QATAR - AUGUST 2026 Someone with IB/AP/IGCSE/A level would be great. Salary and Benefits: - An attractive tax free salary QAR11350-15400 per month - A housing allowance for single candidates and families - A one off relocation allowance according to family size - Annual flights for employee, spouse and two children - Medical insurance for employee, spouse and two children - Two schools places This is a Doha based IB international school. The successful candidate will have the following essential qualities:
- Experience teaching IB Diploma Higher Level IDEAL
- Student focused and a passion for working with both middle school aged andhigh school students;
- A collaborative style
- A commitment to continuous improvement;
- A commitment to student learning, wellbeing and safeguarding. The following qualities would be an advantage:
- MYP teaching experience
- MYP/DP training
- Experience within an international school setting In line with the Ministry of Education's requirements for this position, the candidate must possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Subject
- A teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / Teaching Licence)
- No more than 49 years of age in at the point of joining the school
