  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject specialism
  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, teaching licence/certification)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a relevant subject or phase
  • Experience teaching an international curriculum (IB experience desirable)
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high academic standards and holistic student development
