Role Overview
Second Shift Supervisor, also known internally as Account Compliance Manager, overseeing evening facility-service operations.
The role provides after-hours field oversight, supports crews, checks client sites, and ensures independent contractors meet service standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key on-site contact during evening operations and build relationships with independent contractors.
- Conduct inspections, respond to customer requests and complaints, and coordinate new-client service start-ups.
- Monitor account performance and recommend adjustments or changes as needed.
- Report nightly activities, site issues, and escalations to the Facility Solutions Manager.
- Ensure work follows company policies, client procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee service delivery across offices, warehouses, and other client environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management.
- Ability to lead and influence independent workers.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile technology tools.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Compensation
- Yearly salary range of USD 41,600 to USD 44,000.
- Up to USD 44,000 yearly salary plus a USD 450 monthly vehicle allowance.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, a Simple IRA match, and mileage reimbursement.
