Position overview

Sales floor

• Personally sell to customers and proactively engage with them, reading and responding to cues.
• Provide product expertise and help customers find the right bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.

Cash wrap

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a friendly checkout experience.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions, encourage additional purchases, and recover the cash-wrap zone and returned merchandise.

Processing, replenishment, and floorsets

• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and maintain back-room and understock areas to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with markdowns, reticketing, and marking items out of stock.
• Execute floorsets and follow brand standards.

Responsibilities shared by associates

• Support store sales, focus on bras as a key product, and prepare for shifts by knowing sales goals, promotions, and procedures.
• Recover and replenish merchandise; follow visual merchandising standards; assist with housekeeping and report maintenance issues.
• Build awareness of loss prevention, support shrink reduction, maintain a safe working environment, demonstrate company values, and build Rewards Program loyalty.

Qualifications and physical demands

• Demonstrate a desire to exceed customer expectations, urgency, resilience, teamwork, and willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stretch, walk, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Schedule flexibility includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals is preferred.
