Role overview

Candidate criteria

• At least 15 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong experience in publications, media, marketplaces, or content-driven businesses where search drives acquisition and revenue.
• Experience managing one-account portfolios generating or acquiring 3,500 or more backlinks per month across organic and paid initiatives.
• Case studies demonstrating improvement in Domain Authority, organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions.
• Proven ability to connect SEO performance to revenue and P&L impact.
• Advanced expertise in GEO and AI search optimization, including discovery across ChatGPT and other AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content architecture, programmatic SEO, internal linking, digital PR, structured data, authority building, search intent, and conversion-led organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and commercial performance for an individual business portfolio.
• Convert SEO and search visibility into qualified demand, conversions, and digitized revenue.
• Personally build, execute, scale, and commercially deliver search strategies at significant volume.
