A restaurant in Qatar is hiring a Seafood Chef with strong expertise in preparing high-quality seafood dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, especially Indian- and Arabic-style cuisine.
- Ensure seafood is stored, cleaned, and cooked to high hygiene and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Innovate new dishes and assist with menu development.
- Monitor stock and maintain kitchen inventory control.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a seafood chef.
- Specialized knowledge of seafood preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a kitchen team.
- Good communication skills and understanding of food safety standards.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Currently in Qatar with a valid QID or transferable visa is preferred.
Pay and package
- Pay is QAR 1,500–2,500 per month.
- The package includes accommodation, transportation, and duty meals.
