Role overview

Required experience and background

• 8–10 years of technology delivery experience, including substantial hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale Agile initiatives in banking, wealth management, investment, brokerage, or financial technology.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery, and hybrid governance.
• Experience with cross-functional product, engineering, QA, architecture, infrastructure, security, operations, and vendor teams.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, impediments, release readiness, and reporting across workstreams.
• Understanding of software development, testing, environments, change management, and production releases.
• Experience in regulated, enterprise-scale technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders on Scrum and effective Agile collaboration.
• Remove impediments and manage blockers and cross-team dependencies.
• Support backlog readiness, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals with the Product Owner.
• Promote accountability, self-organization, sustainable delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery health using sprint progress, velocity, predictability, cycle time, and defect metrics.
• Coordinate dependencies across technology teams, vendors, infrastructure, security, operations, testing, and release management.
• Support release planning, environment readiness, deployments, and post-release reviews.
• Align delivery with governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory controls.
• Improve stakeholder communication and transparency around delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and forecasts.
• Share good practices, facilitate communities of practice, and support consistent delivery standards.
• Coordinate multi-vendor and cross-region stakeholders, including UAE and Swiss technology teams where applicable.
