Scale House Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Purchasing vehicles bought over truck scale
• Purchasing vehicles bought through outside buyers
• Maintain legal paperwork to purchase vehicles
• Pay customers for vehicles and scrap material
• Proof cash/check log daily
• Performing customer calls to generate business
• Data enter vehicle information
• Producing reports
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends
• Skillsets
• Automotive knowledge – mechanical parts & body parts (mandatory)
• Typing skills (mandatory)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office)
• Customer Service oriented
• Honest
• Energetic
• Self motivated
• Organized
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment
• Bi-lingual (helpful) Spanish/Portuguese
• Must pass CORI review
