About This Role
Job Summary
Should be responsible to grow and sustain a profitable Hire and Sales business.
Key role would be to develop the business in the North region KSA, adhering to company rules
Responsibilities
- Should be familiar with the Geographical area to mark all upcoming new projects
- Generate a minimum 10 new enquiries each month
- Should have good PR & develop good customer relation
- Should meet & exceed the given target revenue each month
- Salesforce should be updated on daily basis and review it with the management on weekly basis.
- Arrange required meetings on site for presentation/ technical discussions/ senior management visits/ site demo/ in order to be more near to customers & increase the chances of winning the projects
- Should complete all the reporting documents on time and update frequently as required
- Manage personal KPI in order to meet the set annual targets
- Should work productively with other members of the Sales team
- Assist in follow up & settling debt payment issues
- Should be ready to move to a different location (if required) and accept the challenge & responsibility
Qualifications
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Computer literate (MS office)
- Smart & Strategic approach personality
- Good command on English & Arabic language
- Teamwork & business relation building skills
- Should have basic preliminary knowledge of available Formwork systems and their application
- Diploma / Degree, preferable in Civil Engineering, to understand the construction methodology
- MBA or related sales field, minimum 5 years sales experience in same product field
