Role overview
Advise EMEA customers on enterprise transformation across networking, security, cloud, and identity.
Work with customers, partners, product teams, and engineering to support adoption of SASE architectures.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year roadmaps for moving customers from legacy environments to unified, cloud-delivered SASE architectures.
- Translate business priorities, including hybrid work, cloud and SaaS adoption, and multi-cloud transformation, into strategies for senior technology leaders.
- Lead demonstrations, architectural workshops, and proof-of-value engagements focused on security, user experience, operational efficiency, and cost.
- Architect solutions spanning Cisco SD-WAN, SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, networking, security, identity, and observability.
- Share customer and market feedback with product management and engineering.
- Support strategic partners through technical enablement, joint customer engagements, and sales cycles.
Minimum qualifications
- Professional experience designing, installing, and maintaining LAN, WAN, and security technology components and architectures.
- Documented experience implementing security protocols for network infrastructure and enterprise security architectures.
- Professional experience working with IaaS and SaaS deployment models.
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years as a Technical Sales Architect or Solutions Engineer, successfully leading technical sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including presenting complex technical concepts to senior executives and diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical and sales-related challenges.

The EMEA Cisco SASE team supports enterprise adoption of SASE architectures for cloud, SaaS, and AI-era networking, security, and application access.
The team works collaboratively with customers, partners, product teams, and engineering.
