Seeking a highly experienced SAP UI5/Fiori Consultant with 9–18 years of experience in SAP front-end technologies and digital transformation programs.
The role calls for deep expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori architecture, SAP Gateway, OData Services, SAP S/4HANA, solution design, and technical leadership.
Consulting responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements from problem definition and diagnosis through solution design, development, and deployment.
- Review proposals, guide consultants, and analyze client solutions to identify potential risks and issues.
- Identify change-management requirements and recommend a structured approach using multiple communication mechanisms.
- Coach and train team members, create a team vision, and provide timely feedback and recognition.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives while following organizational guidelines and processes.
- Lead SAP Fiori implementation, rollout, transformation, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and drive solution architecture discussions.
Technical requirements
- 9–18 years of SAP UI5/Fiori development and architecture experience.
- Extensive experience in SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and OData Services.
- Expertise in SAP Gateway and Fiori Launchpad architecture.
- Experience leading SAP Fiori implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA integrations and application extensibility.
- Expertise in custom Fiori development, standard app extensions, and UX strategy.
- Experience in performance tuning, governance standards, and code quality reviews.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Business Application Studio, and cloud-based SAP development.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving solution architecture discussions.

- Strong leadership and consulting capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Ability to lead large-scale SAP digital transformation initiatives.
