Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated (
Arabic Speaker
) SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC/ECP) with 6+ years of experience for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh.
The role involves collaborating with clients to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions, analyzing business processes, performing system configurations, managing master data setup, and ensuring seamless integration between the SAP SuccessFactors modules and other systems.
The consultant will also provide advisory services, address technical issues, and guide stakeholders through the system adoption process.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to understand and streamline business requirements
- Expertise in consulting and business process optimization
- Proficiency in master data setup and maintenance
- Experience with system integration and SAP SuccessFactors module integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage
- Prior experience in a consulting or similar role in the technology sector
- Familiarity with digital transformation strategies and tools is beneficial
