Job Title: SAP Solution Architect (Oracle to SAP S/4HANA Migration)

General Description
Join a well-known regional mall and hospitality brand undergoing a major enterprise transformation from Oracle to SAP S/4HANA.
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect who can lead architectural design decisions, engage directly with senior business stakeholders, and drive the successful migration and transformation program.
This role requires a strong onsite presence in Dubai and someone capable of operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment, collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for the Oracle to SAP S/4HANA migration program.
- Define and drive overall SAP S/4HANA architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Own architectural governance, standards, integration strategies, and solution design decisions.
- Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions across finance, procurement, supply chain, retail, and hospitality domains.
- Ensure alignment between functional, technical, integration, data migration, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Provide guidance during critical project phases including design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Support cross-functional teams in delivering best practices for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience with Oracle to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Proven ability to own and drive architectural decisions across complex SAP landscapes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working onsite with executive and business leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integrations, and enterprise application landscapes.
- Experience across multiple SAP modules and business domains is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility enterprise environment.
- Prior experience within retail, malls, hospitality, or large conglomerate environments is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration certifications.
- Experience with SAP integration frameworks, middleware, and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
- Exposure to regional or global transformation programs.
