Required Experience
- Strong leadership experience managing functional teams, driving solution design workshops, and leading end-to-end SAP project delivery.
- Strong experience in
- Leasing & Real Estate business processes,
- including property management, lease administration, tenant management, and real estate operations within SAP environments.
- Proven background in
- Construction industry projects
- with understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, cost management, procurement, and integration of construction-related business processes.
- **Hands-on expertise in SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management),**
- including configuration, implementation, and support of lease contracts, rental objects, valuation, and integration with core SAP modules.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and providing strategic guidance throughout project implementation and deployment phases.
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to lead solution design and architecture for SAP projects within the Leasing & Real Estate and Construction domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong REFX expertise and be capable of driving end-to-end solution architecture, business process alignment, and system integration across project implementations.
- The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure scalable and efficient SAP solutions that support business operations and project objectives.
- The successful candidate must have proven experience in enterprise SAP environments, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.
