The primary function is to
execute intake and order processing of KingZip and single skin
by accurately processing transactions in SAP.
The role ensures real time data integrity across production, inventory, procurement, and logistics functions, contributing to efficient plant operations and on time delivery performance.
This position works closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter all issued BOQs to related Sales order and share checklists with PM. According to PM’s and/or client’s approval issue order to production.
- Share Customer Satisfaction Surveys with the clients on monthly basis and keep KPI records.
- Coordinate delegated secured orders (not required technical/design process) with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that pricing of entries is done based on Project Tracker spreadsheets from the Sales Team (Quantity Surveyor cost estimations).
- Plan with related teams for procurement, production and transport in accordance with client’s schedule and track accordingly.
- Adjust the plan if any changes are required (scope of work, delivery schedule or variation).
- Coordinate with logistics, finance dept and clients for the dispatch of materials.
- Record all orders related correspondences and documentation.
- Resolve orders related issues either internally or externally.
- Ensure that orders are being seamlessly delivered to clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization in SAP workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP operations, preferably in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA
- Good understanding of warehouse, production, or supply chain processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills across departments
- Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean practices (advantage)
