Overview
- Oversee the efficient & timely receipt, storage, issue of materials.
- Verify the inbound documents and check the purchase order status in ERP before offloading.
- Post the GRN in ERP as per the physical receipt of goods.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing with source document.
- Prepare picking list against process order/ out bound order in ERP.
- Post the goods issue document after completing the picking and transfer to production or the loading into trucks.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintains proper filing system which enables fast retrieval and protect confidentiality of documents.
- Conduct daily perpetual stock verification & monthly stock verification.
- Prepare& circulate daily WH activity reports & other reports related to warehousing.
- Maintain high level of quality and productivity as per the organizational standard.
- Complete additional task as required.
