SAP FICO Solution Execution
- Design, Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate finance business needs into SAP functional specifications and system solutions.
- Ensure system configurations are scalable, controlled, and aligned with SAP best practices.
Financial Process Management
- Support end-to-end financial processes including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, and closing cycles.
- Enable accurate financial postings, reconciliations, and reporting structures.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and control gaps.
Controlling & Cost Management
- Configure and maintain cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Support budgeting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis (COPA).
- Ensure alignment of controlling structures with financial and operational objectives.
Showroom & Network Experience Governance
- Lead implementation of showroom and frontline luxury experience standards.
- Govern hospitality, service etiquette, and brand presentation protocols.
- Audit compliance and enforce corrective actions across locations.
Integration with SAP Modules
- Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Resolve cross-functional issues impacting financial data accuracy.
- Support end-to-end transaction flows across procurement, sales, and finance.
Reporting & Compliance
- Enable financial reporting structures aligned with statutory and management reporting needs.
- Support VAT/ZATCA compliance and financial audit requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness within SAP.
Change Requests & Enhancements
- Analyze, design, and implement change requests and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP).
- Test and validate system changes before deployment.
Project Participation
- Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollout projects.
- Execute assigned deliverables within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Contribute to testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain functional documentation, configurations, and process flows.
- Ensure adherence to SAP standards, governance, and internal controls.
- Support knowledge transfer and user training activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with finance teams to gather requirements and provide system guidance.
- Collaborate with IT and external consultants for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between finance processes and SAP capabilities.
