Job Requirements
Own and execute SAP SuccessFactors functional delivery by configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform to enable efficient talent management, accurate HR data governance, and seamless employee lifecycle management, while ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and user adoption across the organization.
SuccessFactors Solution Execution
- Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules in line with HR policies and business requirements.
- Translate HR functional needs into system configurations and scalable solutions.
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and system capabilities.
HR Process Management
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including hire-to-retire flows.
- Enable efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation cycles.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements through system capabilities.
System Integration & Data Management
- Ensure integration between SuccessFactors modules and SAP ERP (e.g., EC–Payroll).
- Maintain HR master data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Resolve cross-system issues impacting HR operations.
Change Requests & Enhancements
- Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and change requests.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Conduct testing and ensure quality before deployment.
User Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide day-to-day system support to HR and business users.
- Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Ensure minimal disruption to HR operations.
Implementation & Project Support
- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Participate in data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Ensure successful system adoption post-deployment.
Change Requests & Enhancements
- Analyze, design, and implement change requests and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP).
- Test and validate system changes before deployment.
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and process workflows.
- Ensure adherence to SAP standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to users.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain system controls, access governance, and data privacy standards.
- Support audit readiness and reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Engage HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system guidance.
- Align HR processes with system capabilities and business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure effective delivery.
