SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant on a one-year, extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE; the role is explicitly on-site.
Serve as client-side HR Design Authority for a greenfield SAP transformation, providing functional expertise and overseeing solution quality across HR, Payroll and IT.
Key responsibilities
- Review and challenge implementation partner designs and enforce SAP best practices.
- Lead fit-gap workshops, configuration, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare.
- Manage RBP, workflows, data privacy and integrations with S/4HANA Cloud and third-party tools.
- Redesign HR processes to standardize capabilities and minimize custom builds.
- Validate implementation partner deliverables and ensure solution quality across HR, Payroll and IT.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- At least one full end-to-end implementation covering Employee Central and Talent, Time or Payroll.
- Strong vendor governance, data migration, RBP and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE/GCC HR or Payroll localization experience is an advantage.
Preferred qualification
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.
