About the role

Join a customer data transformation program as an SAP CDP Technical Development & Integration Consultant.

Design, configure, integrate, and optimize customer data solutions with business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP Customer Data Platform solutions.
  • Design and maintain customer data models, profile schemas, activity schemas, and relationship models.
  • Configure profiles, segmentation, calculated attributes, indicators, and audience activations.
  • Support identity resolution, profile unification, matching, and merging strategies.
  • Design customer journeys and CX flows within SAP CDP.
  • Integrate SAP CDP with SAP CDC, Emarsys, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
  • Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
  • Maintain inbound and outbound pipelines, APIs, connectors, and activation processes.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation, and data reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with business users, architects, and developers; support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production.

Required skills and experience

  • 4–7 years of overall SAP CX experience and strong hands-on SAP CDP experience.
  • Experience with customer profiles, data modeling, segmentation, activity schemas, CX flows, audience activation, identity resolution, and customer data management.
  • Enterprise SAP CDP integration experience and strong SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI experience.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with SAP CDC (Gigya) and/or SAP Emarsys; understanding of customer data, consent, and customer identity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • SAP CDP certification.
  • Experience with SAP CDC (Gigya), SAP Emarsys, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, or S/4HANA integrations.
  • Automotive, retail, or customer experience domain experience is desirable.

Candidate requirements and work location

  • The candidate should be available to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
  • The role requires working on-site in Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
  • The posting lists pay of AED 18,000–23,000 per month.
