Role Overview
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP DMS (Dealer Management Systems) , you will act as a subject matter expert for SAP DMS and Proaxia VSS ( Vehicle Sales & Service ), leading the analysis, design, implementation, and support of advanced dealership solutions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure systems meet complex business needs, while mentoring junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced requirements gathering with senior dealership stakeholders
- Analyse and improve end-to-end dealership business processes
- Design and configure SAP DMS and Proaxia VSS modules (sales, service, parts, inventory)
- Produce and maintain high-quality functional and technical documentation
- Plan and manage testing activities including UAT and defect resolution
- Support project planning, risk management, and delivery tracking
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
- Provide ongoing production support and act as escalation point for DMS-related matters
- Mentor and guide junior Business Systems Analysts
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst within SAP DMS environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Proaxia VSS
- Solid background in requirements management, process improvement, and system configuration
- Experience with acceptance testing, UAT, and quality assurance practices
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP DMS (or similar)
- Experience with additional SAP modules or other DMS platforms
