Role Overview

Solution Delivery and Integration

• Configure and improve SAP Ariba procurement solutions, including Guided Buying, catalogs, workflows, and related scenarios.
• Support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and custom add-on development where applicable.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Network, APIs, middleware, and connected platforms.
• Analyze and resolve interface defects, data inconsistencies, integration failures, incidents, and support tickets.
• Lead or co-lead international projects and rollouts, coordinating cross-functional business requirements.
• Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, deployments, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Create solution documentation, test evidence, operational guidance, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support change management, user adoption, training preparation, and continuous process improvement.

Experience

• At least five years of SAP Ariba consulting, implementation, rollout, or support experience is required.
• Strong hands-on SAP Ariba Procurement experience is required.
• Experience with international implementation projects and cross-functional, distributed teams is required.
• Experience with global procurement templates is an advantage.
• Agile delivery and change-management experience are desirable.

Core Competencies

• Comprehensive SAP Ariba Procurement knowledge and expertise in Guided Buying, SAP Business Network, and CIG are required.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, catalogs, PunchOut catalogs, forms, approval workflows, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA integration is required.
• Knowledge of MDG-S, SAP IPS, SAP IAS, IAM, REST APIs, web services, SCIM APIs, and SSL-encrypted SOAP APIs is required.
• ABAP development and debugging, SAP Fiori, SAP MM procurement, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting skills are required.
