The employer is seeking an experienced Samosa Maker to join its kitchen team.
The role focuses on preparing dough and fillings, shaping and frying samosas, and maintaining consistent quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh samosa dough and fillings according to company recipes and standards.
- Prepare and shape samosas consistently in size and appearance.
- Fry samosas to achieve the required texture, color, and taste.
- Ensure proper preparation and storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare samosas efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support the kitchen team with other food preparation duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Samosa Maker in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of samosa preparation, filling, shaping, and frying.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and production speed.
- Must currently live in Qatar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must have a transferable visa.
- Only immediate joiners are accepted.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as QAR 1,800 to QAR 2,000 per month.
