Full-time HR Recruiter focused on food and beverage hiring.
The recruiter is expected to independently manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing through candidate joining.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements; conduct reference and document checks when required.
- Follow selected candidates through joining and maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Support bulk hiring and walk-in campaigns, and build a talent pool for current and future vacancies.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in F&B; the posting separately specifies 5 years of HR Recruitment F&B experience as required.
- Strong sourcing and screening knowledge, with hands-on experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; good organization and follow-up.
- Able to handle multiple vacancies, work independently, and work toward targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
