Salon Assistant

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon professionals during daily operations.
• Prepare clean and ready workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with shampooing, hair washing, drying, and other basic salon services.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and presentable.
• Prepare towels, products, and other supplies for the salon team.
• Support hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist clients and provide friendly, professional service.
• Organize stock and report low supplies to management.
• Support general daily salon duties.
• Follow salon hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous salon or beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A positive, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude is required.
• A well-presented and professional manner is required.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions is required.
• Ability to work in a busy salon environment is required.
• UAE salon experience is an advantage.

Working hours

• Working hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• The schedule includes a one-hour break.
• Monday is the weekly day off.
