Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused **Sales Person** to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our pest control, cleaning, and grease trap services.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Business Development:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and service consultations.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Market & Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our services: pest control, commercial/residential cleaning, and grease trap maintenance.
- **Reporting & Administration:**
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven sales experience (2+ years) in pest control, cleaning, waste management, or a related service industry.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations related to pest control, sanitation, and waste management.
- Experience in B2B sales, especially to restaurants, malls, offices, and facilities management companies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
