Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of professionals, ensuring effective control across all disciplines, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
The Operations Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met in an excellent and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building maintenance processes and techniques
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in the building maintenance industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- DM Approved for Pest Control Supervisor
