We specialize in computer hardware, custom PC builds, gaming setups, peripherals, and accessories, serving both individual customers and corporate clients across the UAE.
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for a fresher looking to build a career in tech retail.
You will be the face of Royal Focus — helping walk-in customers, handling corporate inquiries, and managing online orders with professionalism and energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget
- Handle B2B and corporate client inquiries and build lasting business relationships
- Respond to online orders and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge including PCs, laptops, components, and peripherals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn commission
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop floor
Requirements
- No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Genuine interest in computers, tech, and gaming products
- Friendly, customer-first attitude with a drive to sell
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Bur Dubai
