Role overview
Develop custom Salesforce solutions that fit business needs, working with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver features end to end.
What you'll do
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain Flows, triggers, validation rules, and other declarative automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs.
- Follow best practices for governor limits, security, and data model design.
- Manage sandbox and production deployments using tools such as SFDX, Copado, or Gearset.
What you'll bring
- Solid experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data modeling.
- Experience with integrations and middleware such as MuleSoft or similar.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Comfort working in Agile teams.
- Clear written and spoken English; comfort working remotely with a distributed team.
Nice to have
- Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
- Previous work on large enterprise organizations.
