📌 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Administrator & Developer
to manage and enhance the Salesforce platform.
This hybrid role combines
administration, development, and integration responsibilities
, ensuring a scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem aligned with business needs—especially within the real estate domain.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Administration
- Manage
- users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Ensure
- data quality, governance, and audit compliance
- Configure:
- Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types
- Develop and maintain:
- Reports & dashboards (sales pipeline, leasing, portfolio, commissions)
- Provide
- L2/L3 support
- under SLA-driven managed services
- Handle
- release management, sandbox testing, and deployments
- Conduct
- user training and adoption initiatives
2. Salesforce Development
- Develop and maintain:
- **Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs**
- Build UI components using:
- **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**
- Aura Components
- Design automation using:
- **Flows & Process Builder**
- Perform:
- Code reviews
- Debugging & performance optimization
- Follow
- best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes
3. Integration & Architecture
- Design and implement integrations using:
- **REST / SOAP APIs**
- Integrate Salesforce with:
- ERP systems
- Property management platforms
- Marketing tools
- Data warehouses
- Ensure
- data synchronization and system reliability
- Collaborate with
- architecture teams
- for scalable solutions
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Data protection regulations
- Cybersecurity standards
- Follow
- IT governance and audit frameworks
- Maintain proper documentation for:
- Configurations
- Customizations
- Integrations
- 🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- **4+ years of experience**
in Salesforce Administration & Development
