Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to play a critical role in our CRM transformation program, migrating from a legacy CRM to Salesforce CRM.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with the specific needs of a trading business.

This role requires strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and Salesforce process design, as well as knowledge of trading operations, client onboarding, partner hierarchies, and regulatory/compliance workflows.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders across Sales, Partners, Compliance and Support teams to understand business needs.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis to document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and Salesforce-driven improvements.

Solution Design Support

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Salesforce Architect and Developers to design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with Salesforce best practices and trading business requirements.
  • Contribute to defining data models, workflows, and user access/security models.

Documentation & Training

  • Maintain detailed process documentation, data dictionaries and user guides
  • Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation for end users.
  • Support knowledge transfer between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Testing & Validation

  • Define and execute test cases for system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are fit for trading workflows.
  • Identify, log, and track issues until resolution.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical implementation teams.
  • Facilitate demos, status updates, and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in CRM migrations or system transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Core Clouds
  • Experience in the trading or financial services sector (client onboarding, partner management, compliance workflows).
  • Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Ai Skills

  • Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools (Claude)
  • AI-assisted testing - experience using AI tools to generate, review, and optimise test cases, identify edge cases, and support UAT preparation.

Advantageous Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
  • Experience working with data migration projects and large data sets.
  • Agentforce understanding of Agentforce agents, Einstein Copilot, and AI-powered
  • automation; identifying where AI agents can automate processes, assist support
  • agents, or surface CRM insights
