Contribute to technical CRM solutions from conception through delivery.
Provide technical support and administration for the employer's Salesforce CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather functional and technical requirements with CRM teams and business stakeholders, then translate them into technical designs.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud capabilities, aligned with platform best practices and corporate standards.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving SAP, BW, web, and other teams.
- Conduct technical design reviews and demonstrations, and train business counterparts.
- Provide daily technical support and system training for CRM business teams.
- Resolve ServiceNow CRM tickets with internal colleagues and external partners as needed.
- Communicate ticket requests promptly and with quality to support user satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience
- A degree in IT, business administration, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of business IT system administration experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration across Sales and Service clouds.
- Experience implementing complex Flow automations, Lightning Page customization, and data modeling is preferred.
- Apex, Visualforce, Agentforce/Prompt Builder, Lightning Component, and inbound/outbound REST API development experience is desirable.
- Life sciences industry experience is a plus.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
