About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong exposure to deployment, CI/CD, and production support, to work closely with developers and release teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
6+ years
Core Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments (Production, Sandbox, Dev)
Support production rollouts including change sets, metadata migrations, and post-deployment validations
Collaborate with developers and release managers to streamline CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI)
Troubleshoot Apex errors, integration failures, and permission issues
Manage profiles, permission sets, and data security
Monitor system performance and resolve user-reported issues proactively
Salesforce Administration
Strong knowledge of standard & custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, validation rules, and reports
Experience
with user management, role hierarchy, and sharing rules
Deployment & CI/CD
Hands-on experience with Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, Salesforce CLI
Exposure to Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines
Understanding of Git and branching strategies
Troubleshooting & Support
Debugging Apex errors, Lightning issues, and integrations
Experience
with Debug Logs, Workbench, and Developer Console
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
