Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration roles.
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration — Flow Builder, custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and sharing settings.
Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modelling, and security model.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events — ability to work effectively alongside developers on integration topics.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
working in Agile, support, and project delivery environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
